There are free online help pages which will take you through the set-up procedure and settings for both Windows and Apple Mac. As a back up to this service, UK Fantastic operates a 24-hours-a-day manned technical support centre to handle all your technical queries.

The call rate for technical support calls is 75p per minute. UK Fantastic does not make a profit on these calls.

At the beginning of the call the engineer will remind you of the call-rate, will never keep you on hold, and will deal with your problem as quickly as possible.

UK Fantastic, however, tries to ensure, in most cases, calls to the Technical Support Centre are not needed, and the online support pages will be enough for all set up procedures.
